Someone from the mattress decontamination and repair centre will contact you shortly afterwards with instructions and the next steps. This will include when the specialist packaging will be sent to you, how to package your mattress correctly and when you can expect collection.

*Cut off for next-day delivery and collection is 2 PM Monday-Friday. Next-day delivery and collection exclude weekends. For example: if you contact us before 2 PM on Friday, you will receive your box on the following Monday. If you contact us after 2 PM on Friday, you will receive your box on the following Tuesday.
