Working in close collaboration with managers of care facilities, and their caregivers for over 30 years. We’ve become experts in improving the quality and capability of care plans – through helping you reduce cost and channelling your resources efficiently.

Hospitals

Formulating dynamic partnerships with the NHS and healthcare providers, we put nurses and patients first. Helping occupational therapists improve mobility while preventing complications, and expedite a recovery experience that is as safe, dignified and comfortable as possible.

SEND Schools

Children and young adults with reduced mobility and other special needs require a safe environment that empowers them to grow independent. Our ultimate goal is to help them achieve greater freedom, higher education, and better overall quality of life.

Join Medaco Ltd, a leading provider of patient handling equipment to the NHS, care homes, and special schools. We’re looking for a proactive Customer Service Executive to deliver outstanding support to our customers and help drive account growth.

You’ll handle enquiries, manage service requests, and work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure every customer receives excellent care.
