2. Main Purpose​

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving ambitious sales targets. This role involves developing and executing a robust sales plan, leading a high-performing sales team, and personally pursuing key sales opportunities. The focus is on delivering results, meeting or exceeding KPIs, and continuously refining the sales process to align with business objectives. By leveraging product knowledge, market expertise, and strategic planning, the Sales Manager will strengthen the Medaco brand and position the company for sustained success.

3. Responsibilities​

a. Sales Strategy and Leadership

Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet business growth targets, while refining processes for efficiency and scalability.

Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and accountability for established processes.

Foster a customer-centric sales culture focused on consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling.

Set clear goals and KPIs for the sales team, monitor performance, and take corrective actions when needed.

b. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted advisor and fostering long-term partnerships.

Collaborate with Operations and Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve service-related issues.

Identify new business opportunities with existing and potential customers by leveraging in-depth product knowledge.

c. Market Expansion and Brand Awareness

Expand MEDACO’s market presence by working with the Marketing team on targeted sales campaigns, industry events, and strategic partnerships.

Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with Marketing to drive effective initiatives.

d. Collaboration and Cross-functional Leadership

Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Technical Sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Partner with the Finance Director to ensure accurate sales forecasting and budget management.

Serve as a member of the Leadership Team, contributing to strategic decisions and cross-functional improvements.

Participate on the Board to influence high-level strategic decisions and guide the company’s direction.

Foster a sales-driven, customer-focused culture across all departments, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)​

Achieving sales targets and maintaining efficient sales operations (e.g., cycle time, lead conversion rates).

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

2. Main Purpose

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Sales Coordinator to ensure smooth running of our sales operations and the efficient execution of sales processes to keep activity on track.

3. Responsibilities

Activity Management

Coordinate with the Philippines‑based Remedial Salesperson to ensure timely follow‑up and conversion of remedial opportunities.
Run brief daily/weekly check‑ins, review activity dashboards, and hold the BDM team accountable to agreed KPIs.

4. Sales Operations & Support

Oversee the Sales Support function: quotations, CRM hygiene, sales inboxes, and ticket management.
Personally assist with quotations and admin during busy periods to keep workflows moving.
Ensure diary discipline for calls, appointments and follow‑ups; maintain a smooth handover between telemarketing, BDMs and remedial sales.
Systems, Reporting & Process Improvement

Drive consistent, accurate CRM usage across the team (leads, opportunities, tasks, notes, forecasting).
Produce clear weekly pipeline, activity and forecast reports, highlighting risks and actions.
Identify and implement practical process improvements to increase conversion and reduce cycle time.

5. Person Specification

Significant experience in sales coordination, team leading, or senior sales support within a B2B environment.
Demonstrable ability to influence and guide a sales team without formal line‑management authority.
Systems‑strong (confident with CRMs and sales tooling) and rigorous on data quality.
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable switching between leadership and hands‑on tasks.
Credible communicator who sets clear expectations and follows through.
