Please use the form below to request an engineer call out for your patient handling equipment. Once you have completed the form, a support ticket will be generated for our support team. Someone from the scheduling team will contact you shortly afterwards with the next available date and time to visit your site.
Please provide as much information as possible to allow us to better serve you and get your equipment back up and running as soon as possible.
To allow us to identify your equipment and bring up the history, we ask you to provide the Medaco asset number.
