To use the hoist, the person needing assistance sits in the chair while the attendant rolls the hoist into position. Once in place, the attendant applies the brakes and activates the anti-tip stabilization system using the hand control. The swimmer can then be safely lowered into the water. After entering the pool, they can swim independently or receive support from a carer if needed.
