1. Online Consultation

We’ll start by inviting you to an online consultation where we can talk through your requirements for your bath installation project.

In this meeting, we’ll cover what your needs are for both the bathing equipment and the bathroom, as well as discuss your timescales. We can then recommend suitable products and show you some examples, as well as provide an initial quotation.

2. Site Survey and Assessment

Once you’ve chosen your specialist bath, Medaco will visit your facility and complete a site survey and installation assessment. This is where we measure the room, check what facilities are in place, and advise on any remedial works that need to be carried out before installation. We can also discuss the decommission of the old bath if there is one.

3. Drawing and plans

After your site survey and assessment, Medaco works with the manufacturers to draw up your assisted bath in your bathroom so you can visualise where the equipment will fit in.

4. Project Management and Installation

Once a date for installation is agreed upon. Medaco will project co-ordinate the installation and commission of your specialist bath to ensure a smooth fitting process. We have fully trained and qualified engineers and installers covering England and Wales.
