We offer a comprehensive emergency response service, and with access to all of the main hoist manufacturers, we are confident that we can service and repair any make or model of patient hoists.

If you have an equipment failure and you need an urgent response, you can call our technical help centre on 03333 22 33 44. We then arrange for an engineer to visit you to diagnose the issue and repair the equipment. 

For straightforward repairs, we may be able to provide assistance over the phone, or by rushing a spare part out to you on next-day delivery service. In all cases, our goal is to get your equipment back up and running as soon as possible. 

We are only too aware of how disruptive it can be when critical equipment breaks down, but for the budget-conscious, we do also offer response rates priced according to how quickly you would like us to attend.

Medaco Preventative Maintenance and Inspection Services

1. Preventative Inspection

As an alternative to an annual contract, we can tailor a preventative inspection and maintenance package to suit your requirements and your available budget. This is a relatively low-cost and customer-led service. You can decide the items of equipment to be covered.

We then schedule an engineer to inspect, advise, and if necessary, quote for any remedial work required. We also help you reduce your admin costs and potential headaches by recording and automatically scheduling your next visit.

Investment in regular equipment inspection can pay dividends by minimising the potential for disruptive downtime. Potential issues can be dealt with before they materialise and reduce the chances of a more costly emergency call-out.

2. Statutory Inspection

We also offer options for statutory equipment audits and hoist inspections:
