The Rotunda Patient Transfer Aid is a tried and tested patient transfer aid used in hundreds of NHS and private hospitals, care homes, assessment centres, rehabilitation clinics, schools and private homes across the UK. The Rotunda has a proven track record in helping patients with impaired mobility and their carers to remove the strains associated with everyday living.

The patients fear of falling is diminished with the semi encompassing frame giving the patient an assuring sense of security and peace of mind. The wide turntable provides a stable and safe area for the patient to stand while the transfer takes place, smoothly rotating between five different locking positions ensuring patient safety. The Rotunda takes the effort out of patient transfer. The Rotunda is not designed for patient transportation.

Knee Support  

The Rotunda Knee Support fits all models.

The padded knee support can be added to all Rotundas to provide extra safety and comfort for the patient. The knee support is ideal for more infirm patients.

The Knee Support can be ordered with the Rotunda at time of purchase or retro-fitted onto an existing frame.

Arm Supports  

Rotunda Arm Supports for all models

The arm supports are designed for use by patients who have a weakened grip. They can rest their arms in the supports and hold the vertical handles.

Arm supports can be ordered with the Rotunda or retro-fitted onto an existing frame.

Raising Block

Rotunda Raising Block will fit all models of Rotunda.

Raising Blocks are Diameter: 400mm (15 ¾ inches) and 102mm (4 inches) tall.

By adding a raising block to the turntable base on the Rotunda it can be used to accommodate patients of smaller stature.

Rotunda Raising Blocks can be ordered with the Rotunda or retro-fitted onto an existing frame.
